great base for exploring arnavutkoy's parks and landmarks

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and gardens, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the area. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Significant mismanagement in guest accommodations needs addressing!!! The lack of family room options is puzzling, leading to unnecessary extra charges that seem entirely avoidable. Improve cleanliness standards to enhance overall guest experience!!!

The pool had beautiful views and was conveniently accessible from the room, ensuring the kids could play safely. The staff maintained a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere, and the close proximity to the airport made for easy transitions. However, the lack of communication regarding the pool closure was frustrating, especially since it was a primary factor in choosing the hotel. There were also additional charges for missed breakfast items, further detracting from the experience.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend stopover in Arnavutkoy with reasonable value. The pool area had beautiful views, perfect for the kids to play while I relaxed. Make sure to check the pool hours before your visit.

Had a fantastic time with friends here! We enjoyed exploring the nearby national park and even went horse riding and cycling. The hotel offers a great terrace, a lovely garden, and a playground.

One downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel. The taxi drivers seemed to struggle with the location, which resulted in some unnecessary travel time.

The Istanbul Airport Durusu Club features excellent meeting rooms, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. The beautiful view and natural environment were enjoyable, providing a peaceful atmosphere for work. The staff, particularly Azad at the front desk, delivered prompt service and assistance. Overall, the room offered good value for the price paid.

The breakfast options were limited and not worth the cost.
