Significant mismanagement in guest accommodations needs addressing!!! The lack of family room options is puzzling, leading to unnecessary extra charges that seem entirely avoidable. Improve cleanliness standards to enhance experience!!!

Huge & newly decorated unit with refrigerator. Attentive and amazingly attentive staff all over the place.

The location of the venue is perfect, next to rivers, trees, amazing landscape, very calm and relaxing, the natural park and the nature around. The room is large, newly decorated comes with good beds as well as great view.

A lovely view complemented by the warm and friendly reception staff made my stay enjoyable, even with minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

A nice size and unique room and a nice bathroom. Location really close to the new Istanbul airport and restaurant and nowhere else and a Forest with rivers, trees, amazing landscape, very calm and relaxing.

The pool had beautiful views and was conveniently accessible from the room, the kids could play safely. The staff maintained a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere, and the close proximity to the airport made for easy transitions. The lack of communication regarding the pool closure was frustrating, especially since it was a primary factor in choosing the hotel. There were also additional charges for missed breakfast items, further detracting from the experience.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend stopover in Arnavutkoy with reasonable value. The pool area had beautiful views, perfect for the kids to play while I relaxed. Make sure to check the pool hours before your visit.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby national park and even went horse riding and cycling. The hotel offers a great terrace, a lovely garden, and a playground. The super nice team, and we had a blast playing table tennis too.

One downside was the difficulty in finding the hotel. The taxi drivers seemed to struggle with the location, which resulted in some unnecessary travel time.
